Look, we understand things can get messy. Nothing Jaded pieces are handmade from sterling silver components and while we all want to to party like it’s 1999, pieces can be delicate so please take care when wearing and storing. To maintain the lustre of silver, polish with a silver cloth and/or silver cream cleaner. Residue of cleaner can be washed off with warm water. Your best best is Hagerty's Cream Cleanser, which if you can’t find, can be ordered through us via email request. The good news is, sterling silver is malleable. If required, bangle and ring frames can be gently pushed back into original form by hand.
Keep each piece safe in the cloth jewellery bag provided with purchase. Storing individually to prevent silver and stones from scratching or chain from knotting. This will also prevent silver from oxidizing. And always drink a glass of water before you go to bed.
Return and Repair Policy
Please choose carefully as there is no refund for change of mind. Unworn merchandise in perfect and saleable condition can be exchanged within seven days of receiving your parcel. Due to hygiene reasons, there is no exchange on earrings.

As all pieces are handmade, some repairs may differ slightly from the original. Postage will be paid for upon return of the repaired item only.
Worth noting ahead of time, soldering repairs (i.e broken chain or bangle links) are not the responsibility of Nothing Jaded as these repairs can be caused by careless wearing or storing. However, to ensure pieces live on, we will enthusiastically organise a quote for the repair. That said, to reduce and prevent return postage costs, you may want to take piece to a local jeweller for a comparative soldering repair quote. Whatever works best for you.
